The Friends annual exhibition at Hazelhurst was a great success with 101 artists exhibiting with over 100 exceptional art works displayed in the Broadhurst Gallery.

Our opening held on Saturday afternoon attracted 150 people and we were delighted when artist Idris Murphy came along and opened the exhibition.



There were some very excited artists as twelve artworks were sold during the period of the exhibition. Members came along to a morning tea in the Cottage followed by artists talks in the Broadhurst Gallery.

I’m delighted to have been a part of an exciting exhibition by local talented artists… it’s a privilege to be a member of Friends. Looking forward to another opportunity to exhibit in such a beautiful gallery.
